Call for Private Sector Organizations to Provide Internships for LEAD-P Participants

The Leadership Enhancement and Development Programme (LEAD-P) is a top talent training course for Civil Servants in Grade Level 10-14. This year, 107 Civil Servants are undergoing the training. As part of the programme, participants are required to undergo an 8-week internship in a private sector organisation to gain experience in efficient work processes, organisational values, ethics, innovation, and effective management styles.

The Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation (OHCSF) in partnership with the Aig-Imoukhuede Foundation is calling on private sector organisations willing to provide an 8-week internship for these LEAD-P participants.

Please provide the details of your organisation to register your support for our LEAD-P internship programme.

Private-Public Sector Collaboration

As part of our support for the Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation’s LEAD-P training programme, we organised private sector internships in 28 private sector organisations for over 100 civil servants, exposing them to the culture, value and work processes that make the private sector more efficient.
