So it is vital that the Foundation acts with integrity and transparency in our dealings with all stakeholders: from citizens and employees to private and public sector organisations.   • Trust, or the lack if it, is a significant barrier to public sector transformation in Africa, The general public, faced with often underfunded and inefficient public services, risk losing faith in the very people they rely on for vital services. In turn, the public sector may mistrust the motives and methods of private sector involvement, blocking potential pathways to new methodologies and resources. Only by building citizens’ trust in those who provide public services, and in the ability of the private sector to support delivery, can transformation be achieved,
