2024 Civil Service Week

The Civil Service Gala and Awards night also witnessed the launch of the Nigeria Civil Service Culture Handbook, part of the Federal Civil Service Culture Change initiative, which we are honoured to support. The Culture Change initiative is aimed at promoting core values such as accountability, professionalism, and efficiency in the Civil Service, thus building a civil service workforce that is passionate, dedicated, and committed to delivering exceptional public service. 

Our support for the Culture Change initiative included facilitating communication training for key personnel, producing a culture change video, and providing ongoing support for the publication of the OHCSF e-Newsletter, a vital channel for communicating ongoing reforms to all civil servants. Additionally, we played a key role in the development of the Nigeria Civil Service Culture Handbook, the handbook codifies the belief system, value proposition and principles of the Civil Service, and is designed to foster attitudinal and behavioural alignment with existing rules and regulations for both new and current civil servants.
