Monitoring & Evaluation Associate
The incumbent will supervise and manage the design and implementation of M&E activities, ensuring that lessons learned are integrated into the implementation and continuous improvement in the quality of programmes, interventions and outcomes.

Experience • 4-7 years
Manage the M&E activities of the Foundation to ensure that outcomes of programmes and interventions achieve planned goals and corresponding objectives.
Design and develop an organisation-wide performance monitoring plan and framework to capture programme performance and results. This will include data reporting, baseline and end line assessments, and all implementation progress monitoring and outcome evaluations.
Conduct timely evaluations, data collection, and reporting analyses on intervention programmes.
Ensure quality of data/ statistics in project plans
Perform quality checks on data, including data cleaning and verification of data.
Communicate with clients on data management to support smooth data collection and transfer of information.
Provide written documentation on M&E activities and indicator results for progress and annual reports, as appropriate.
Synthesize historical programme successes as well as maintain a single view of all M&E indicators across a range of past and ongoing projects.
Maintain high-quality databases through routine data verification procedures, data audits conducted over the lifecycle of programmes and interventions.
Collaborate across functions to learn from programme data and opportunities to adapt interventions.

Qualification & Experience
Minimum of an undergraduate degree in Social Sciences, Information Management, Education, Public Relations or other related fields.
4 – 7 years’ experience required.
