New Partnership Announcement: Memorandum of Understanding with Servicom

We are delighted to announce that we have entered into a strategic partnership with Service Compact with All Nigerians (SERVICOM), a federal government initiative focused on promoting effective and efficient service delivery across the country’s Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs).

This partnership marks a significant milestone in our efforts to create a more responsive and citizen-centric public service in Nigeria. Together, we will work towards a more efficient, effective, and accountable government.

By joining forces with SERVICOM, we aim to significantly strengthen their capacity to deliver on their mandate. This partnership will focus on several key areas:

  • Capacity Building: We will provide training and support to SERVICOM staff to enhance their ability to monitor and evaluate service delivery reform initiatives.

  • Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): We will assist SERVICOM to develop and refine SOPs for MDAs, ensuring adherence to best practices and improved service quality.

  • ISO 9001 Certification: We will support SERVICOM in implementing ISO 9001 quality management systems across MDAs, providing technical expertise and guidance.

  • Needs Assessments: We will conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify service delivery gaps and develop tailored solutions.

Given our shared commitment to enhancing the lives of Nigerians through efficient and effective public service, a collaborative partnership  is a natural and strategic step. Together, we will strive to empower SERVICOM with the necessary tools and capacity to fulfil its mandate.
